The USCIS has rejected our request to renew our I-600A. What does this mean? The wonderful people at the Homeland Security is giving us a hard time with bringing Matthew home. By Guatemalan law, he is officially our son. By US law, he is not approved to come here. We have contacted our congressman, once again, to help with this mess.
Prayers.....we need prayers!!!

Amber, Todd,
I am so sorry you guys are in this mess!
If there is anything I can do, you know all you need to do is hollar!
Amber -- keep Todd away from the agency and from USCIS.
Todd and Amber,
It is definitely time to get your senators and congressional representative involved. What does your home study agency say?
Praying you get a positive resolution VERY soon.

I am hoping and praying this mess gets all worked out soon! How come some of us just seem to hit all the roadblocks?
Here's a worst-case scenario:
One of you moves to Guatemala and lives with Matthew for two years. Then he qualifies for some other visa.
I sure hope it doesn't come to that.

I am praying that someone has a heart and gets this resolved for you very soon!!!!
